Privacy Policy
Just3 ยท Last updated: June 29, 2026
Just3 is a daily productivity app for Android. It helps you pick 3 tasks that matter most, assign them time blocks, and sync them directly to your device calendar. This policy explains what data the app accesses, where it lives, and what gets sent outside your device.
Data stored on your device
Everything Just3 stores lives locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
- Tasks and notes โ stored in a local Room (SQLite) database
- Time blocks (start time, duration, alert settings) โ stored locally in the same database
- App preferences โ stored locally in DataStore
Device permissions
Just3 requests the following permissions. All are used exclusively on-device.
- READ_CALENDAR / WRITE_CALENDAR โ reads your existing calendar events for conflict detection and writes time-blocked tasks directly to your device calendar via Android's CalendarContract. No calendar data leaves your device.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) โ delivers local reminder notifications before a task starts. Notifications are generated on-device and never routed through an external server.
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM (Android 12+) โ fires alarms at the exact start time of a task. Used only when you explicitly add an alarm to a task.
Third-party services
Just3 does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK. The developer has no visibility into how you use the app and receives no data from your device.
Data deletion
Since Just3 stores all data locally on your device, uninstalling the app permanently removes everything โ tasks, notes, time blocks, and preferences. There is no account and no server-side data, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.
